Exciting new changes are in the works for Merge this January.
When we re-open for business on January 11th, we'll be celebrating our 3rd year of business,
and we're making a few changes based on all the things we've learned about our strengths, our space, and our location.
1.0 Merge Cafe 11:30 to 4pm (Tues-Sat):
For the lunch and business crowd, we'll have faster counter service and a variety of healthy and delicious grab n' go options. You'll get your food faster so you can be in and out, or spend more time lingering and enjoying our WiFi and Art Cart.
Same great coffee drinks, juice bar, smoothies, beer and wine, and an updated lunch menu created especially for Merge by Kate Elliott.
2.0 Merge Restaurant 5pm to 10pm (Tues-Sat):
Dinner hour will provide a more formal setting with a full service menu and bar. We have dinner hour entertainment most nights, but we're keeping it to singer songwriters and saving the louder, stronger, faster, more progressive music until after 10pm, when we dim Merge's dining room lights even further to create a late night atmosphere for your enjoyment.
3.0 Merge Lounge 10pm to 12am (Th-Sat or when entertainment is booked):
Introducing the new Merge bar menu! We'll be serving light bar meals until midnight. Join us in sipping some great organic wines, micro-brews, $2 PBR tall boys, and sake cocktails, while listening to our favorite bands.
AND
We'll eventually be adding liquor to the menu and your favorite Merge cocktails.
